I have been at HMS since 2019, teaching both English Language Arts and now AVID. This is my 16th year teaching.
Growing up in Kansas City, MO, I love all things Chiefs, Royas, and bbq! I am a graduate of William Jewell College in Liberty, MO with a degree in English Literature. Go, Cardinals! I reside in Euless with my husband and two children who also attend in the district.
My favorite teacher was my high school English teacher, Mrs. Wagner. She challenged us, motivated us, and encouraged us to always do our best. Like the wonderful Mrs. Wagner, I believe that ALL students can be successful.
