Students entering GCISD need to complete the enrollment forms in Skyward before coming to campus. All enrollment applications must be done electronically by the parents/guardians.

Please make sure to select the correct year for your student's enrollment application.

If you are enrolling a student in GCISD for the first time you will need to make a Skyward account:

Fill out the form and submit it. Skyward will send you an email and you will be able to log into Skyward Family Access to fill out the enrollment application.

If you ALREADY have a student enrolled in GCISD:

To register a sibling for the first time you may do so from your current Skyward account. Simply log in to Skyward Family Access and select the " New Student Online Enrollment" tab.

It is a parent's responsibility to provide the necessary paperwork/documentation to complete registration and enrollment. Failure to do so could cause a delay in the student's registration, Enrollment, Scheduling &/or Start Date.

Please upload the following documentation into Skyward:

CURRENT Lease, Mortgage, or TAD statement in your name**
CURRENT Utility bill with physical address – post office boxes are not accepted
- If you have not been at your current address long enough for a utility bill, a confirmation of service will work as well.
Parent/Guardian’s Government issued photo identification
Student Vaccination Records – Please verify the requirements. Incomplete shot records could hold up the student’s registration.
- If the student is coming from outside of Texas, a Private school or Home School you will need to double-check that their immunizations are current.
